Buy4Now acquired by US e-commerce player MyWebGrocer

One of Ireland’s longest standing e-commerce vendors Buy4Now has been acquired by a US online retailer MyWebGrocer. “We are very excited about this new chapter in our growth and acceleration in our international expansion,” said Rich Tarrant, MyWebGrocer CEO. “Our footprint already includes customers and partners in Asia-Pacific, North America and Europe. Buy4Now’s products and expertise will strengthen our global presence.”
